Richard Khoo

Richard is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) and Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over 15 years of professional experience. Richard was the Head of Tax Services, with Boardroom Limited in Malaysia. He was also the Head of the Tax of a mid-tier accounting firm in Malaysia. He has extensive taxation experience in corporate and individual tax compliance, tax audit and investigation, tax advisory and transfer pricing advisory for public listed companies and multi-national corporations.
He is Licensed Tax Agent by Ministry of Finance. He specialized in Real Property, Property Development and constructions sector.
He is also the Tax Partner of KCCO Tax Services Sdn Bhd, an affiliation to SFAI Malaysia.
